Adem Coşkun

He was born in 1986 in Mardin/Midyat. He completed his primary and secondary education in Midyat. Between 1997-2005, he stayed at the Turabdin Metropolitan Center and studied Syriac and Syriac Church Liturgy. He completed his undergraduate education in Business Administration at Anadolu University. He received his master’s degree from the Syriac Language and Culture Department at Mardin Artuklu University with the thesis titled Memoirs of the Bishop of Istanbul Timateos Paul. In 2016, he did his internship at the Department of Syriac Studies at the University of London SOAS. Since 2019, he has been giving Syriac Language Trainings at the Distance Education, Practice and Research Center of Mardin Artuklu University. He provides academic consultancy in the field of Syriac, carries out Syriac translation activities and prepares Syriac Church Liturgy training programs.
